Born out of innovation...
Venture Creations was born out of a seed money competition at Davenport University in 2009. Initially the company serviced clients in social media content management and page growth. As social media evolved into a robust advertising machine, Venture Creations adapted and shifted its focus to include full funnel ad campaigns that produce tangible results.
In June of 2021, Venture Creations was purchased by 2 of its employees: Travis Moelker and David Walkotten!
Through Travis and David, Venture Creations continues on its path of generating successful results for clients in all industries. Focusing on e-commerce, event promotion, photo/video production, lead generation, and so much more!
Travis Moelker
Travis Moelker has been married to his wife Anna since 2022. They enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and being involved in church. Travis also enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and WW2 history! Travis and Anna live in Grandville, MI and enjoy being close to their family and friends.
Travis started doing the social media for his family's former business, Moelker Orchards, when he was in high school. He worked part or full time at Moelker Orchards most of his life until it closed in 2022. After high school, he earned his bachelor's degree in business from Grand Valley State University. He majored in business management and minored in advertising/public relations. Travis started working at Venture Creations in 2019 and purchased the business with David in 2021. He enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and helping them grow their businesses!
David Walkotten
David Walkotten has been married to his wife Lindsay since 2012. They have 5 kids and are a very busy family! They enjoy outdoor activities like fishing & mountain biking, hiking, church, community, and fun. David is passionate about real estate and has been acquiring rentals since graduating high school. He has extensive experience in real estate investing and house flipping.
David has been involved in social media advertising for nearly 15 years. He started working at Venture Creations in 2009 as an account manager, later taking on additional responsibility of sales. David earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Grand Valley State University. Along with Travis, David purchased Venture Creations in 2021.
