Pricing & Budget
Ad spend is flexible above a baseline. Our engagements typically start around $1,500 per month, which covers management plus ad spend, and there's no upper limit. Many small local businesses land somewhere in the $3,500 to $10,000 per month range, though it really comes down to your goals and the size of your business. Budgets can easily reach $20,000 to $50,000 per month or more for larger businesses or e-commerce clients. We build the plan around what you're trying to accomplish, whether that's a modest local budget or a large-scale national push. Try our Ad Budget Calculator to get a sense of what fits your goals.
Generally, engagements start around $1,500 per month, though there are exceptions depending on the scope of work. There's no ceiling on the other end either. Budgets can comfortably scale well into five figures a month for larger businesses.
Services We Offer
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. We recommend platforms based on your goals rather than running everything by default. Not sure where to start? Try our Ad Platform Quiz.
Both. We manage every project from strategy through execution, including live-action photo and video production and CGI/3D animation, working with trusted contractors to bring it to life while making sure everything stays true to your brand and goals. Check out our Video Format Planner to see what fits your channels.
Yes. We handle tradeshow booth graphics, logo design, print ads, handouts, and other graphic design work, either as part of a broader campaign or as a standalone project.
We do, though it's occasional rather than a main focus. We take on simple website builds for select clients, usually alongside other work like advertising or content production. We build them on Shopify usually.
Yes. Monthly content creation, posting, and engagement management are available on their own, separate from advertising. See our Social Media Posting Frequency guide for a sense of how often that typically looks like.
We coordinate across platforms when it makes sense for your goals, so budgets complement each other instead of competing. We also shift budget between platforms throughout the month based on performance, so your spend goes where it's working best.
Performance & Timelines
It depends on your margin and price point, but our e-commerce clients typically land somewhere between 3x and 10x, with some reaching 15x or higher. Try our ROAS Calculator for a benchmark based on your specific numbers.
It depends on the campaign type. Awareness and event promotion campaigns show results within days. E-commerce and lead generation campaigns show some results quickly, but it usually takes 2-3 months to collect enough data to reach full optimization.
Who We Work With
Yes, we work with businesses across the US. We're based near Grand Rapids, MI (Hudsonville/Jamestown), but that's home base, not a limit on who we work with. DBR Commercial Realty in Ohio is a good example. Our core focus is US-based clients, though we've also taken on select international creative work, like Kawasaki Precision Machinery's UK entity.
A wide range: e-commerce brands, local retail, family attractions and events, manufacturers, and organizations like chambers of commerce. Even if ongoing advertising isn't the right fit for your business, a one-off video or photo production project is often still a great option.
Working With Us
We're a smaller agency, which means you get direct attention instead of getting routed through nine layers of account managers to get a simple task done. We're quick and nimble, and we manage every project from strategy through execution, including photo and video, while keeping everything aligned to your brand and goals.
For advertising, most clients sign a 6-12 month agreement, since that gives a campaign enough runway to reach full optimization and deliver real results. That said, there's flexibility built in: if something changes in your business, 30 days notice is all it takes to wind things down cleanly. It's rarely needed, but it's there if you need it. For photo, video, and design projects, once a project is underway we see it through to completion. That keeps timelines and deliverables on track for everyone involved.
