DBR Commercial Realty is an Ohio commercial real estate developer. We have worked with them on two developments. For Vermilion Landing, we produced CGI/3D animations videos, 3D still, traffic maps, and designed their logo. We also managed the development Facebook page, posts, and ads that kept the community informed. For their Elyria project, we produced the 3D animation videos and stills. Both creative projects were delivered on a two to three week turnaround.

Vermilion Landing Imagined

From a 2-D site plan that was difficult to imagine to a full CGI/3D animation that captured all elements of the proposed development. We fully modeled Vermilion Landing in 3D. Adding proposed elements like homes, businesses, roads, trees, ponds, and a hospital. We also added cars and people to make it appear more natural. These videos and stills were used to pitch the development to key stakeholders like local government, investors, and the community. 

3 unique video animations were produced highlighting the development on the whole and select features.

Humble beginnings

The plan that we started with did not include any representations of what housing and businesses might look like. We developed 3D versions of what the buildings might look like, basing it on conversations about proposed styles.

The renders gave DBR something concrete to show during the approval process with the city and community.

Managing the Vermilion Landing Facebook page

We built and managed the Facebook presence for Vermilion Landing. It included regular posts and light ad campaigns. We also designed graphics to go with them, including a location map showing how traffic might flow around the development.

A second development in Elyria

For DBR's Elyria project they also needed CGI/3D animations. We modeled the site and produced three flyovers plus a fourth video showing the development with the existing neighbouring development. We also made still renders.

The videos and stills gave DBR assets to use in their presentations to key stakeholders.

We also designed the DBR Commercial Realty logo and the Vermilion Landing logo.
